At Alignora, we want you to love your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
